Vintage Park at Gardner is a beautiful building offering 39 apartments ranging in size from approximately 325 square feet to 450 square feet.  These are spacious suites with walk in dressing areas, large wheelchair accessible bathrooms complete with showers and a nice kitchenette that includes a half-size refrigerator and microwave oven. Every aspect of Vintage Park was designed with you in mind. Richly carpeted and draped, your personal apartment is ready for you to fill with your treasured memories and furniture from your home.  Specially designed to promote your independence, your apartment also features an individually controlled heating and air conditioning units and a security pendant system.

You are invited to enjoy three relaxing and nourishing meals each day with us or help yourself to a piece of fruit or cookie from our snack bar any time you wish. Laughter is a common affair in the main living area. Bright and cheerful, this area encourages you to participate in a wide array of activities from television viewing to great conversations by the fireplace, or just relaxing with a good book.

Many of our residents also enjoy our therapy spa to soak all those aches away. Our beauty shop is just down the hall from the main dining area and becomes a great gathering place for camaraderie and friendship. If you need your blood pressure checked, the Resident Care Director is available to do that for you as well.
